Reserving a Property
- Submit an application/referencing form for each tenant and any guarantors
- Submit a copy of photographic ID for each tenant e.g. passport or drivers licence
Once all of this has been received, the property is reserved for you, subject to referencing results and contract.
If a property is withdrawn, at any time, Cedar Properties cannot accept liability for any costs or inconvenience suffered by the applicants.
