FEES AND SERVICES FOR LANDLORDS (all fees are inclusive of VAT)
SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE:
Advising on potential rental income
Photographing, advertising and marketing of the property
Carry out accompanied viewings
FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE:
Fee: 12% (10% + VAT) of rent collected;
Extra to this service is a setting up fee of £240.00 (£200 plus VAT). This is a one off charge
per property. A further charge of £156.00 (£130 plus VAT) will be made when new tenants
move in after the initial tenant. A further charge of £40 (£33.34 plus VAT) will be charged on
1st April each year to cover the cost of renewing the Legionnaire’s checks on the properties.
LET ONLY:
Fee: 60% (50% + VAT) of one month rent subject to a minimum of £240.00 (£200 + VAT), plus
£60 (£50 + VAT) to cover the referencing.
RENT COLLECTION:
Fee: 6% (5% + VAT) of rent collected;
Extra to this service is a setting up fee of £240.00 (£200 plus VAT). This is a one off charge
per property. A further charge of of £156.00 (£130 plus VAT) will be made when new tenants
move in after the initial tenant.
Forms of payment accepted are bank transfer.
ITEMISED COSTS:
On the LET ONLY and RENT COLLECTION contracts if we are instructed to do anything
beyond the contract then these are the fees we charge for those services:
- To conduct a check in with a tenant – £90.00 (£75 + VAT)
- To conduct a check out with a tenant – £90.00 (£75 + VAT)
- To carry out and inspection and type up a report – £60.00 (£50 + VAT)
- To call out to the property – from £48 (£40 + VAT)
- To draw up inventories – Furnished 1 bedroom £120 (£100 + VAT)
- Furnished 2 bedrooms £144 (£120 + VAT)
- Furnished 3 bedrooms £168 (£140 + VAT)
- Furnished 4 bedrooms £192 (£160 + VAT)
- Unfurnished 1 bedrooms £96 (£80 + VAT)
- Unfurnished 2 bedrooms £108 (£90 + VAT)
- Unfurnished 3 bedrooms £120 (£100 + VAT)
- Unfurnished 4 bedrooms £132 (£110 + VAT)
