Referencing
Our referencing is carried out by an independent professional referencing company. This includes an employment check, a credit check and a lettings check. Tenants will need to have a basic income of 3 times the rent.
Guarantors
In certain cases a Guarantor must be provided at the start of the tenancy and the same or a replacement must remain guaranteeing the tenancy for as long as it continues. The Guarantor must also complete an application form and be referenced. On receipt of your application, you will be advised if a guarantor is required.
